 The Disc Golf Pro Tour will not refund tickets if a round or multiple rounds are canceled, rescheduled, moved, or otherwise adjusted due to weather or other similar circumstances.

 By entering the event site, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, recordings, photos, or other media formats — whether now known or hereafter devised — in perpetuity. You hereby release the Disc Golf Pro Tour, its agents, actors, representatives, successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever related to such use.

 Spectating disc golf, like any sporting event where flying objects may enter spectator areas, involves inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury associated with spectating. You hereby release the Disc Golf Pro Tour, its agents, actors, representatives, successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever related to spectating at this event.

 By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

In order to complete a ticket purchase, you must provide us with the necessary contact and transaction details. This information includes:

- Other Service Providers: This may include email service providers, analytics companies, and customer support providers.

When you make a purchase, you will receive certain emails:

 These include your purchase confirmation, tickets, and essential information regarding your specific event, including welcome emails and messages related to weather events, event schedule updates, and similar. You may not opt out of transactional emails.

 Depending on your preferences at checkout, we may send you emails about future DGPT events, programs, or promotions. You may opt-out of these emails at any time by directly unsubscribing from them.

If you would like, you may create an account on tickets.dgpt.com with your email (unique identifier). If you have an account, you can change or update your information by logging into your account and adjusting your account settings. If you’d like to request that we delete your customer information, you may contact us at social@dgpt.com. If you ask us to delete your customer information, you will lose access to certain information about your account.

Users from the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom have the right to: opt-out of cookies other than strictly necessary cookies; access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information. We (our ticket platform provider) are the data controller (as defined in the GDPR) for the processing of personal information when you use the Service.

- Fulfillment of a contractual obligation or agreement with you;
