In order to complete a ticket purchase, you must provide us with the necessary contact and transaction details. This information includes:

- Other information on a case-by-case basis
Payment Information

Payment Processing: Your payment card details (card number, expiration date, CVV) are collected directly by our third-party payment vendor (e.g., Stripe, or another processor integrated with Vivenu, our service provider) and are not received or stored by us.
We receive and store information about the transaction, such as the name associated with your card, the time of the transaction, the amount, and a masked or tokenized version of your card number.

Each time you visit the Ticketing Service, our platform (Vivenu) and the DGPT automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with the Service. This may include:

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- Ticketing Platform (Vivenu): We use Vivenu as our white-label ticketing platform to process, manage, and deliver tickets. Vivenu may have access to all information collected to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- Payment Providers: Third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) handle all payment transactions.
- Other Service Providers: This may include email service providers, analytics companies, and customer support providers.
- Event Hosts/Venues
We may share necessary contact and order information with the specific event host or venue for the purpose of managing event access, security, and communication, especially for high-security or complex events.
Legal Situations
We may disclose your information when we have a good faith belief that compliance is required by a search warrant, subpoena, court order, or similar request from a law enforcement or other government agency.
EMAILS
When you make a purchase, you will receive certain emails:
Transaction Emails: These include your purchase confirmation, tickets, and essential information regarding your specific event, including welcome emails and messages related to weather events, event schedule updates, and similar. You may not opt out of transactional emails.
Marketing Emails: Depending on your preferences at checkout, we may send you emails about future DGPT events, programs, or promotions. You may opt-out of these emails at any time by directly unsubscribing from them.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you would like, you may create an account on tickets.dgpt.com with your email (unique identifier). If you have an account, you can change or update your information by logging into your account and adjusting your account settings. If you’d like to request that we delete your customer information, you may contact us at social@dgpt.com. If you ask us to delete your customer information, you will lose access to certain information about your account.
EEA and UK Users
Users from the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom have the right to: opt-out of cookies other than strictly necessary cookies; access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information. We (our ticket platform provider) are the data controller (as defined in the GDPR) for the processing of personal information when you use the Service.
Information about Processing. We process personal information for the purposes that we have described above in this Privacy Policy. The legal basis to process such personal information includes:
- Your consent (which you can withdraw at any time),
- Fulfillment of a contractual obligation or agreement with you;

Note that to process your request, we must be able to verify your identity as the owner of the account you are inquiring about. We may not be able to fulfill your request until we can do so. Although you do not need to have an account to submit a request, we may not be able to locate certain information to process your request if you don’t have one.
