Weather and Event Adjustments: The Disc Golf Pro Tour will not refund tickets if a round or multiple rounds are canceled, rescheduled, moved, or otherwise adjusted due to weather or other similar circumstances.
Media Release and Consent: By entering the event site, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in films, recordings, photos, or other media formats — whether now known or hereafter devised — in perpetuity. You hereby release the Disc Golf Pro Tour, its agents, actors, representatives, successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever related to such use.
Assumption of Risk: Spectating disc golf, like any sporting event where flying objects may enter spectator areas, involves inherent risks. By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury associated with spectating. You hereby release the Disc Golf Pro Tour, its agents, actors, representatives, successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever related to spectating at this event.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
